This project reworks a compact apartment into a clear, efficient sequence of living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, and service spaces. The open-plan main area combines cooking, eating, and relaxing without sacrificing storage: full-height kitchen cabinetry, a custom shelving wall, and built-in media furniture maximise the available footprint while keeping the room organised.
Floor plan
The interior is defined by dark grey and black joinery, softened by light wood flooring and furniture. A muted burgundy wall introduces depth and warmth, while sheer curtains and carefully placed track lighting balance the darker palette with a gentle, inviting atmosphere. The result is intimate, contemporary, and highly functional.
